What Is It

ContingentForce is used internally as our Human Capital Management system for the contingent workforce. The ContingentForce application provides the following capabilities: knowledgebase search, automated recruitment function, schedules resources for interviews, tracks the evaluation process, manages time and expense, create real-time compliance reports, and triggers business alerts based on pre-defined rules. The biggest benefit is the ability to track internal resource availability before going external to search for new candidates.

Externally, ContingentForce is an on-demand Contingent Workforce Management solution. It provides both large and small enterprises the capabilities to manage their contingent workforce at a reduced cost with greater visibility and track-ability of resources.
